Profile Bio Charles Peter Wagner
Professor Charles Peter Wagner (born 1930) is an expert and professor of Church Growth of School of Intercultural Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary. Peter Wagner is the originator of the term Third Wave of the Holy Spirit (the Third Dimension The outpouring of the Holy Spirit). He is also the founder of Global Harvest Ministries and co-founder of the World Prayer Center. Wagner and his wife, Doris, live in the city of Colorado Springs, USA.
